Netsurit Acquires Vital I/O

Netsurit, a prominent managed service provider (MSP), has recently completed the acquisition of Vital I/O, Inc., a leading MSP company offering flexible and scalable IT managed and cloud services. Vital I/O is based in Maine and brings with it a team of experienced leaders who share the same cultural values, possess more than two decades of industry experience.

This strategic acquisition is part of Netsurit’s ongoing expansion in the US market and will significantly extend its reach in the Northeast, establishing a strong presence in the New England region.

As a globally recognized top-managed service provider, Netsurit achieved over $35 million in revenue in 2022, with almost 70% of it being recurring revenue. The addition of Vital I/O to its portfolio strengthens Netsurit’s position and augments its capabilities in the managed service sector, aligning with the company’s growth strategy in North America.

Netsurit’s CEO, Orrin Klopper, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating that the Vital I/O team will bring valuable insights and expertise to the Netsurit family. The acquisition allows Netsurit to enhance its ability to deliver world-class managed services to clients across the Northeast.
