Tripeur has been acquired by Navan

Tripeur, a Bengaluru, India-based travel management company, was acquired by Navan, a Palo Alto, CA-based travel and expense management app.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The agreement marks the Navan Group’s fifth acquisition in two years, following purchases in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, and Spain. Tripeur will allow Navan to scale and localize its technology, allowing it to better serve enterprise customers.

Tripeur expands the company’s footprint, which now includes offices in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Austin, Bengaluru, Berlin, Dallas, Dublin, Gurgaon (Delhi), Gothenburg, Lisbon, London, New York City, Palo Alto, Paris, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle, Singapore, Sydney, and Tel Aviv.

Tripeur is a corporate travel experience solution provider that allows users to book their travel, analyze spending, and control expenses.

It was founded in 2015 by Thiagarajan Rajagopalan and Sajit Chacko and is backed by investors such as Pentathlon Ventures and Incubate Fund. Specialized GST technology enables automatic reconciliation of employee purchases, relieving finance teams of a complex burden.
