Modus Create, a digital transformation consulting business, announced today the acquisition of Twybee, a French Atlassian Gold Solution Partner specializing in Atlassian solution training and implementation.
Modus Create has now purchased four companies this year, having bought Atlas Authority, Tweag, and Promptworks in May, June, and October, respectively. It’s also Modus’ second Atlassian solution partner purchase after Atlas Authority, and its second French acquisition after Tweag. The purchase broadens Modus’ bench of Atlassian expertise, expands training options for Atlassian clients, and strengthens the company’s position in a high-demand regional market.
Twybee, like Modus Create, is heavily involved in the Atlassian ecosystem. The Twybee team, as an Atlassian Gold Solution Partner, boasts a variety of certifications for solutions such as Jira and Confluence, and is a renowned Atlassian community leader across France, having educated over 1,000 individuals in Atlassian technologies. Modus Create is also a Platinum Enterprise Solution and Cloud Specialized partner with Atlassian, and was just recognized Partner of the Year for Services in 2021.
Alexis Robert, co-founder of Twybee, will join Modus Create’s team concentrating in European, Atlassian solutions, while Manon Soubies-Camy will join the marketing team to oversee partner marketing. Other Twybee personnel will work as Atlassian consultants and marketing specialists for Modus Create.
