Randstad Digital Acquires Torc

Randstad Digital, a Diemen, The Netherlands-based digital enablement partner providing digital talent solutions, has acquired Torc, a Boston, MA-based AI-powered talent marketplace platform.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This acquisition enables Randstad Digital to enhance its clients’ access to digital talent through global delivery centers and expand its capabilities across cloud, data, digital engineering, and customer experience.

Led by CEO Michael Morris, Torc offers an AI-driven platform that facilitates skill-based matching, connecting digital talent to clients globally. The platform boasts over 25,000 digital professionals, focusing on regions such as LATAM, the US, and India. Torc’s backing includes industry veterans from Cognizant, Catalant, Atomic, Mozilla, and Harvard, as well as venture capital investors Recognize and Asymmetric.
