Sunbelt Rentals has completed the acquisition of R&R Rentals, a rental equipment company with three locations in the Seattle area. The purchase includes the assets of R&R Rentals, and the deal was facilitated by Fred Hageman of Rental Business Advisors, who represented R&R Rentals in the transaction.

R&R Rentals, founded by Troy and Kate Roper, began its journey in the rental industry by acquiring Bellevue Rentals in 2002. The company expanded with the acquisition of Crystal Rentals in North Bend, Washington, in 2003, and opened its Renton, Washington, location in 2004.

Although R&R Rentals was not actively seeking a sale, the opportunity to join forces with Sunbelt Rentals was carefully considered and deemed the best decision for the Roper family, their employees, and customers. Troy Roper, owner of R&R Rentals, expressed satisfaction with the sale to Sunbelt Rentals, emphasizing that it aligns well with their business and will benefit their stakeholders.
