The company presently operates eight sites in Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, Maine, and the Greater Philadelphia area.
HouseWorks expands on InTandem Capital’s current portfolio of home care services companies, as well as the Firm’s sole concentration on the healthcare services industry.
InTandem Capital’s legal counsel was Goodwin Procter, and the Firm’s only finance advisor was Edgemont Partners. HouseWorks’ legal counsel was Mintz, while the Company’s exclusive financial advisor was SVB Securities.
