The round was led by SaaStr and Alven, alongside notable participation from Horsley Bridge, Amplify, Shopify, Sapphire, CRV, and Transpose Platform. Sunil Dhaliwal from Amplify has also been appointed as a Board observer.
This substantial investment will fuel Gorgias’ mission to expand its suite of AI tools, notably its flagship product, Automate, aimed at empowering ecommerce brands to automate their customer support processes.
