Encora, a product engineering firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has acquired Excellarate, a technology solutions and services firm based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Encora will strengthen its AI, analytics, and automation capabilities, as well as its expertise in HealthTech, FinTech, and InsurTech, as a result of the acquisition.
