Uniphore, a conversational AI and automation company, has acquired Red Box, an enterprise platform for capturing voice, screen, and metadata from conversations.

The acquisition will enhance Uniphore’s X platform and allow organizations to access AI-ready voice and screen recording data from 100% of conversations to drive automation and analytics at scale in the contact center.

The acquisition will also provide organizations with full control over their captured data through open APIs, allowing them to make timely business decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The acquisition of Red Box will add to Uniphore’s portfolio of innovation, strengthen its footprint in Europe, and enable the company to deliver an integrated customer and employee experience for global organizations.
