Routeware Global Inc., a Portland, Oregon-based integrator of waste and recycling technology solutions, has acquired Recyclist, a Truckee, California-based software provider of waste and recycling compliance and sustainability programs.
Routeware, which provides on-board computers and software solutions to the solid waste and fleet industries, has offices and customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
According to the company, its software offers a full suite of capabilities to smart cities and private haulers, including on-board computers, integrated video, route optimization, outreach and education, customer self-service, and enterprise management.
Routeware goes on to say that the addition of Recyclist’s program tracking, sustainability, and compliance tools will expand its offerings in the waste and recycling industry.
