Rollins Acquires Fox Pest Control

Fox Pest Control has been acquired by Rollins. Fox, headquartered in Logan, Utah, employs over 1,300 people. According to PCT Magazine’s Top 100 rankings, the company is the 13th largest pest management company.

Fox, which was founded in 2012, serves residential customers in 13 states. Aside from door-to-door marketing, the company has expanded through digital channels.

Fox was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list as one of America’s fastest growing private companies.

We provide the team at Fox Pest Control with new services to offer to their existing customers, in addition to providing HomeTeam with an efficient entry point into new markets, said Jerry Gahlhoff, Jr., Rollins president and CEO. The acquisition’s highly complementary nature will provide both brands with new avenues of growth across multiple regions.

The transaction is worth $350 million, which includes $32 million in contingent payments based on future growth and profitability levels.

In 2022, Fox had annual revenues in excess of $120 million. Rollins plans to provide additional details on this transaction during its first-quarter earnings conference call later this month.
