Novvia Group, a global distributor of rigid containers and life sciences packaging, has successfully acquired Ocean State, a supplier based in Rhode Island specializing in plastic bottles and rigid packaging products.
The financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Ocean State Packaging, founded in 1990, has established itself as a reliable supplier of both stock and custom packaging solutions. The company serves a national network of customers across diverse end markets, offering a comprehensive range of bottle shapes, sizes, and substrates. Additionally, Ocean State provides caps, closures, and value-added services, including design and decoration capabilities. With offices in Rhode Island and New Jersey, the company is known for its consultative sales support.
