EliseAI Secures $75M in Series D Funding, Valuation Surpasses $1 Billion

EliseAI, a New York City-based provider of conversational AI solutions for the housing industry, has raised $75 million in a Series D funding round, bringing its valuation to over $1 billion. The round was led by Sapphire Ventures, with continued support from existing investors Navitas Capital, Point72 Private Investments, DivcoWest Ventures, and Koch Real Estate Investments.

Founded in 2017 by Minna Song (CEO) and Tony Stoyanov (CTO), EliseAI has developed a platform that leverages conversational AI to streamline operations and enhance customer service in the housing sector. The company’s technology enables housing enterprises to automate routine tasks and deliver personalized lead nurturing, meeting the needs of both prospects and residents more efficiently.

With a team of over 150 employees, EliseAI serves major clients in the housing industry, including Bozzuto, AvalonBay, Equity Residential, Invitation Homes, and Asset Living. The new funding will be used to expand the company’s operations and accelerate the development of its AI-driven solutions.
