Deltek to Enhance Project-Based Solutions Portfolio with Acquisition of Replicon

Software and solutions provider Deltek has announced its acquisition of Replicon, a leading provider of time-tracking and workforce management solutions. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Deltek, headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, specializes in project management, ERP, accounting software, government contracting, and professional services, among other areas. With over 3,700 employees, Deltek offers a wide range of enterprise software and information solutions.

Replicon, based in Calgary, Alberta, has established expertise in timesheet and expense management, cloud-based time tracking, project management, and professional services management. The company’s unified time-tracking solutions integrate project delivery, finance, and HR processes into a single platform.

The acquisition of Replicon is expected to complement Deltek’s existing portfolio, strengthening its capabilities in serving project and service-centric organizations. The addition of Replicon’s sophisticated and intuitive project time tracking, knowledge workforce management, and professional services automation (PSA) solution suite will enhance Deltek’s ability to meet the needs of a broader range of clients.

Deltek remains committed to supporting Replicon’s existing partnerships and plans to enhance and expand integrations with leading HR, ERP, and project management providers. The acquisition represents a strategic move for Deltek to further expand its offerings and add value to its customer base.
