SirionLabs, Qoala, Pomelo and Legit Group secure capital

SirionLabs, a global supplier of AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) software services, has raised further capital in addition to the $85 million Series D round disclosed in May of last year. According to its most recent regulatory filings, it has received $25 million from Brookfield Asset Management.

SirionLabs has previously received $85 million from Partners Group, Sequoia Capital India, and Tiger Global, a transaction originally reported by DealStreetAsia in April 2022. Zendoc, a provider of contract management solutions, was recently bought by the SaaS startup for approximately $3 million.

DealStreetAsia originally reported the acquisition in August, and the company confirmed it in November of last year. Separately, Novo Holdings, Kamet Capital, Square Peg Capital, EDBI, and OSK-SBI Venture Partners invested $30.7 million in Singapore-based telemedicine business Doctor Anywhere last week. The funding is part of the company’s $38.8 million Series C1 round announced last month
