Copysmith, an AI-powered marketing content solutions provider based in Birmingham, Alabama, has acquired Frase, an AI Content tool provider, and Rytr, a writing helper firm.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Copysmith will introduce Copyrytr, a collection of content production tools aimed to help the company grow, as a result of the acquisition. The Copyrytr cooperation will speed product development and provide an AI tool offering for every market sector, including freelancers, individuals, teams, agencies, and large organizations.
Frase, situated in Boston, MA, is led by CEO Tomas Ratia and offers an AI Content solution, with hundreds of customers using AI to research, develop, and optimize better SEO content.
Rytr, situated in Wilmington, Delaware, is led by CEO Abhi Godara and provides a writing assistant that works across the whole writing workflow, serving millions of freelancers and small teams.
Copysmith, led by CEO Shegun Otulana, delivers AI-powered content creation software that enables large marketing teams to create content at scale in order to promote business success. It integrates with Zapier and Google Docs, and it provides an API for mass content generating.
