AdValvas is acquired by Axway, expanding its B2B integration and EDI capabilitie

by

Axway  a global pioneer in B2B Integration and EDI, today announced the acquisition of AdValvas, a European expert in e-invoicing procedures. The purchase strengthens Axway’s position as a market leader in B2B integration and provides additional capabilities in invoicing and compliance. These include inbuilt support for Peppol and the French VAT reform, as well as additional global B2G and B2B e-invoicing requirements.

When considering future legislative requirements for B2B invoicing in France, which will have a substantial impact beginning in 2024, the timing of this transaction is key. B2G e-invoicing is already required for all public procurements in the EU, and as more countries adopt Continuous Transaction Control (CTC), B2B e-invoicing has become an operational requirement.

AdValvas has a good industry reputation for helping businesses streamline their invoicing processes and satisfy the challenging requirements of worldwide B2B connectivity. Customers can expect experienced help as well as a comprehensive solution that allows them to do business in a global, standards-driven, and always up-to-date manner – regardless of the country.

By integrating and transporting data across a complicated world of new and old technologies, Axway enables organizations to safely open everything.

Axway Amplify, an open API management platform that makes APIs easier to discover and reuse across many teams, suppliers, and cloud settings, complements Axway’s API-driven B2B integration and MFT software, which has been improved over 20 years.
