Wondercraft raises $3 million Seed funding for the ‘Canva of audio’

by

Wondercraft, an AI audiotech startup, has secured $3 million in Seed funding to scale its platform, aiming to become the “Canva of audio.” The platform allows users to create studio-quality audio productions, such as podcasts, ads, audiobooks, meditations, or training materials, by simply typing.

Founded by Palantir engineers Dimitris Nikolaou and Youssef Rizk, along with Oskar Serrander, former COO at Acast and executive at Spotify and iHeartmedia, Wondercraft provides tools and templates with AI script assistants, professional music, video generation, and ultra-realistic AI voices.

The platform aims to empower everyone to be an audio creator without the need for extensive equipment or editing software.

The funds will be used to enhance the platform’s capabilities and expand its features. The Seed round was led by Will Ventures, with participation from ElevenLabs and Steven Bartlett, host of the Diary of A CEO podcast.
