TeamBridge, a rapidly growing workforce operating system (Workforce OS) designed to empower hourly workforces, has raised $28 million in a Series B funding round led by Mayfield, with continued support from existing investors General Catalyst and Abstract Ventures.
The funds will accelerate product development, enhance AI capabilities, and scale its enterprise infrastructure.
Founded by former Uber leaders Arjun Vora and Tito Goldstein, TeamBridge offers businesses customizable tools to streamline workforce management, moving away from outdated methods like spreadsheets. Their Workforce OS enables companies to automate processes, enforce policies, and provide a self-service mobile experience for frontline workers.
“Most tech companies build for each other. We’re building for the forgotten demographic: the hourly workforce,” said Arjun Vora, Co-Founder and Co-CEO. TeamBridge has seen rapid growth, supporting over 300,000 employees since its 2022 launch and doubling growth in early 2024.
With this funding, TeamBridge aims to double its team and continue its mission to empower hourly workforces globally.
