Stellar Raises $20M in Series B Funding to Propelling its Position as a Leading Proptech

Stellar, a venture-backed technology-driven marketplace that solves maintenance at scale for the Single-Family Rental (SFR) sector, announced a $20 million Series B growth equity investment today. Weatherford Capital led the investment round, which was also supported by current investors Brick & Mortar Ventures, S3 Ventures, Alerion Ventures, and Navigate Ventures. This round brings the company’s total venture capital to $35 million, which will be used to improve its technology and platform, hire new employees, and expand into new U.S. markets.

Stellar will use the proceeds from the equity financing round to improve its platform, which uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help property managers and contractors successfully tackle home maintenance issues, providing homeowners peace of mind.
