Snap Health, a healthcare technology company specializing in connecting clinicians with home health agencies via a revolutionary mobile app and online referral system, announced today the acquisition of Your Therapy Source, one of Texas’ largest healthcare service providers.
Snap Health retained Edgemont Partners as its sole financial advisor in connection with its acquisition of YTS. The agreement’s financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings over 500 clinicians (therapists and RNs) and 150 home health partners under the Snap Health umbrella, expanding the company’s already established footprint in Texas and neighboring states.
Snap Health was founded in 2020 by therapists for therapists. The company is based in Grapevine, Texas, and its mission is to revolutionize the home health industry by providing clinicians and home health agencies with an easy-to-use, innovative mobile app for scheduling visits and an online referral system.
After months of recruiting therapists and home health partners, Snap Health launched its mobile app and online referral system in the first quarter of 2022. Additional therapists were quickly drawn to the app’s increased scheduling flexibility, and home health agencies followed suit, expressing a strong interest in the ability to staff referrals in five minutes or less, made possible by Snap Health’s advanced automation capabilities.
