Prevounce Health Series A to $7M to Grow Remote Care Management Solutions

by

Prevounce Health, a leading provider of remote care management software, devices, and services, has recently secured $2.5 million in additional funding in its Series A round. The funding was led by Cloud Hill Partners and Michael Hammond, former co-founder of Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC and H2C Securities, with participation from existing investors.

With this latest investment, Prevounce Health has successfully extended its Series A funding to a total of $7 million. The company plans to utilize the newly acquired funds to enhance its products and services and expand its team to meet the increasing demand in the market.

Prevounce Health specializes in offering a comprehensive cloud-based remote care management platform, along with proprietary cellularly connected patient devices and expert managed services. Their solutions enable efficient and effective remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), and wellness programs.

Prevounce Health provides healthcare organizations, including practices, health systems, and payors, with tailored RPM solutions. These solutions include a combination of software, custom devices, care services, and logistics designed to meet specific client business and patient outcome goals.

According to Daniel Tashnek, the Founder and CEO of Prevounce Health, remote preventive and chronic care services have the potential to improve patient outcomes and increase practice revenue. However, the complexity of regulations and administrative burdens often hinder the realization of this potential.

Prevounce Health aims to simplify connected health for both patients and providers by enabling healthcare organizations of all sizes to implement comprehensive remote care programs.

Since its launch in 2019, Prevounce Health has gained traction, serving more than 450 healthcare organizations managing over 26,000 patients across the United States. The platform is device agnostic and serves as a data aggregator, connecting to numerous third-party technology platforms and devices through integrations and APIs.

With this latest funding round and the addition of new strategic partners and clients, Prevounce Health is poised to continue its growth and remain a top choice for healthcare organizations looking to build large-scale remote care initiatives.
