Evinced Raises $55M Series C to Boost AI-Driven Digital Accessibility Globally

by

Evinced, a leader in software for accessible web and mobile development, announced a $55 million Series C funding round, bringing its total funding to $112 million. The investment was led by Insight Partners, with participation from M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund), BGV, Capital One Ventures, and Engineering Capital. Vertex Ventures joined as a new investor.

The funding will enable Evinced to accelerate its mission by focusing on expanding its European operations, growing global sales and customer success teams, enhancing R&D in generative AI solutions, and developing new products to meet evolving market demands.

Highlighting the importance of the funding, Navin Thadani, CEO and co-founder of Evinced, said, “This funding round is a clear indication that digital accessibility is now a business imperative, not just an option. The continued support from our investors reflects their belief in our ability to address accessibility challenges at scale.” He emphasized the company’s commitment to building inclusive digital experiences and advancing generative AI capabilities as it expands into Europe.

Evinced has developed a suite of tools for designers, developers, and QA teams, offering best-in-class defect detection, fix suggestions, and ease of use. Its pioneering AI-driven approach replaces traditional manual methods, enabling scalable and reliable digital accessibility solutions for enterprises.

Adoption of Evinced’s software has grown rapidly since 2021, with its platform trusted by leading financial institutions managing $26 trillion in assets, five of the ten largest media companies in the US and UK, and multiple top-ranking SaaS, healthcare, and retail companies.

Michael Yamnitsky, Managing Director at Insight Partners, highlighted Evinced’s innovative approach: “Evinced brings an AI-driven platform to accessibility management, replacing expensive and tedious manual audits. We’re thrilled to support them in embedding accessibility into the software development lifecycle.”

The rise in regulatory pressure, including compliance deadlines in Europe by June 2025, has heightened the demand for robust digital accessibility solutions. Evinced expects its growth trajectory to continue as companies recognize the inefficiencies of legacy approaches and prioritize accessibility as a core business need.
