The company, founded by Selçuk Korateş, Hikmet Duran, Fatih Karadeniz, Mert Ulutaş, Emre Öztürk, and İlkim Ülgen, boasts a team with extensive experience in mobile game development, publishing, software development, and game law. Drawing from their collective achievements, including a remarkable 25 million downloads at Gigantic Games, the team united under the banner of Midas Games.
CTO Fatih Karadeniz, known for his pioneering work in internet stock exchange brokerage branches and Turkey’s largest Mobile Marketing platform, brings invaluable expertise to the team. Meanwhile, CEO Selçuk Korateş, formerly of Rollic (acquired by Zynga), expressed the company’s vision of delivering exceptional gaming experiences that reward skill, strategy, and perseverance.
Korateş highlighted the vast potential of the gaming industry and emphasized Midas Games’ commitment to leveraging its industry experience to develop scalable games with a global reach. The partnership with Ludus Ventures, a Turkish VCIF with “Tera Portföy,” marks a significant milestone for Midas Games, with Mehmet Ayan, Partner at Ludus, expressing excitement about supporting the company’s innovative ideas and contributing to the Turkish game industry’s international prominence.
