Level AI, a Mountain View, CA-based leader in LLM-native customer experience intelligence and service automation, has successfully raised $39.4 million in a Series C funding round. This brings the company’s total funding to $73.1 million.
The round was led by Adams Street Partners, with additional investments from Cross Creek, Brightloop, and several CX leaders. Existing investors, including Battery Ventures and Eniac Ventures, also participated.
With the new capital, Level AI plans to accelerate its growth by focusing on innovation, talent acquisition, and advancing its product development, engineering, and research capabilities.
