Humana Inc. today announced an additional $40 million investment to boost the supply of affordable housing as part of its continuous national commitment to promote housing stability for vulnerable members and communities. This latest round of funding brings Humana’s total financial commitment for affordable housing to $90 million and expands the program’s scope to include additional properties across the country, including in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Simultaneously, Humana continues to collaborate with communities around the country to better understand the critical wrap-around services that aid in the stabilization and resolution of health-related social issues.
