EG America’s Nationwide Fundraiser Raises $657,000 for American Red Cross

EG America spearheaded a nationwide fundraising effort in March, raising an impressive $657,000 for the American Red Cross in recognition of Red Cross Month.

Throughout March, patrons of EG America’s diverse portfolio of stores, including Certified Oil, Cumberland Farms, Fastrac, Kwik Shop, Loaf ‘N Jug, Minit Mart, Quik Stop, Sprint Food Stores, Tom Thumb, and Turkey Hill, had the opportunity to contribute to the American Red Cross. Customers could donate $1, $5, or any amount of their choice at the checkout. EG America then matched the donations made by the top store in each banner, significantly augmenting the total amount raised.

John Carey, President and CEO of EG America, expressed pride in championing the American Red Cross’s mission of aiding those in need. He also lauded the generosity of EG America’s customers, whose contributions made a substantial impact on the fundraiser’s success.
