A Waste is a roll-off waste collection company in Sarasota, Florida, with a transfer station. This is Kinderhook’s 91st environmental / business services transaction since its inception.
EcoSouth Florida’s legal counsel was Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Comerica Bank provided financing for the transaction.
