Air Lease Corporation Extends $7.2 Billion Credit Facility Unsecured Senior Revolving Credit Facility
Air Lease Corporation  amended and extended its senior unsecured revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent, extending the facility’s final maturity date from May 5, 2026 to May 5, 2027 and increasing total revolving commitments across 49 financial institutions to approximately $7.2 billion as of May 5, 2023.

The senior unsecured revolving credit facility bears interest at the adjusted term SOFR plus a margin of 1.05% per year, with a facility charge of 0.20%, subject to change dependent on the company’s credit ratings.
