The transaction is expected to conclude on May 1, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
Valin, headquartered in San Jose, California, provides technological solutions to the industries of technology, energy, life sciences, natural resources, and transportation.
The company, which was created in 1974, has 12 facilities in the western and southwestern United States. The company will continue to operate under the Valin name as a subsidiary of Graybar, with the same leadership team, staff, and suppliers.
