Entre, a professional networking platform, has raised $1.6 million in seed funding. The round was led by Octane Fund, with participation from CreatorLed Ventures, Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), Kube VC, Service Provider Capital, Umami Capital, and other angel investors. With this funding, Entre plans to take on legacy professional networking platforms and provide a community-focused alternative for the next generation of business.

With its new funding, Entre plans to continue expanding its user base and developing new features to improve the user experience. The platform is currently available on the App Store, Google Play, and on the web at joinentre.com.

Entre has quickly established a strong community of founders, investors, and tech professionals, with more than 70,000 users. The app has become a leader in the emerging web3 industry, with features such as integrations with crypto wallets and blockchains like DeSo, Coinbase, Metamask, and Wallet Connect. It is web3-enabled, but not exclusively built on the blockchain, in order to create a more universal and inclusive platform that’s open to everyone.

Entre, which was launched in 2019, aims to empower individuals and companies to easily connect and work with the people and resources they need to succeed in the modern workplace. The platform provides a community-focused alternative to existing professional networking apps, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and fostering collaboration.

The platform’s unique features include an algorithm that matches users based on shared interests, skills, and goals. Entre also offers a mentorship program, which connects experienced professionals with those who are just starting out in their careers. Additionally, Entre hosts regular virtual events, such as panel discussions and Q&A sessions, to help members connect and learn from one another.

Entre is poised to disrupt the professional networking space with its focus on building community and fostering collaboration. As more and more people turn to remote work and the gig economy, platforms like Entre will become increasingly important for connecting individuals and companies in the modern workplace. With its innovative features and growing user base, Entre is well-positioned to lead the way in this space.
