by

Contentstack, the Content Experience Platform (CXP) category leader and pioneer of composable architecture, announced a $80 million Series C fundraising round today. The round was co-led by Georgian and Insight Partners, with participation from Illuminate Ventures.

All three firms have increased their investment in Contentstack, bringing the total amount raised to $169 million. The funding will be used to help enterprise organizations on their road to composability, enabling them to fulfill consumer demand for omnichannel and customized experiences.

Emily Walsh, Georgian’s Lead Investor, will join the Contentstack board of directors, as will Contentstack CFO David Overmyer.

Contentstack, being the only headless CMS giving a solution to “integration hell” with Automation Hub, provides a feasible road to composable for corporations. Enterprises can now aggressively remove costly old content management systems by automating and simplifying hundreds of processes across technologies and suppliers in real-time (CMS). This also enables them to broaden the scope of digital experience innovation and get a substantially higher return on investment.

Care Without CompromiseTM, the company’s flagship initiative, guarantees cross-vendor support in composable systems. With Automation Hub and Care Without Compromise, Contentstack is once again at the vanguard of the composable movement, which aims to provide clients with the tools they need to succeed in today’s fast changing business and technological world.

Since Contentstack’s Series B in June 2021, its expertise has resulted in an increase in the size and scope of use cases as more organizations have embraced composable architecture as the foundation of their digital initiatives. The company:
