Xperi Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: XPER), an entertainment technology company that creates, develops, and delivers technologies that enable extraordinary experiences, announced today that its newly separated product business, Xperi Inc., will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on October 3, 2022, to commemorate the completion of its spin-off as an independent publicly traded stand-alone entity. Later that day, Adeia Inc., the newly renamed independent IP licensing company, would ring the Nasdaq MarketSite closing bell.

At 9:30 a.m. EDT, the NYSE Opening Bell will sound. Those interested can watch broadcast media coverage of the bell as well as a live webcast on the NYSE’s website.

The spin-off is expected to be finished on October 1, 2022.
