A Menomonee Falls window installer who has hundreds of dissatisfied customers has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Window Select confirmed with Contact 6 that company intends to file for bankruptcy in late January. Officials claim that Chapter 11 will allow them to reorganize while continuing to fulfill the majority, if not all, of their contracts.

More than 400 people have complained about Window Select to Wisconsin Consumer Protection. Many claimed to have paid for projects that had not begun or were not completed.

In 2022, Window Select relocated its headquarters. The corporation is facing dozens of small claims court cases.
