Uresta, a female-led femtech startup providing a non-invasive solution for bladder leaks, has officially launched in the U.S. The company aims to help women manage stress urinary incontinence (SUI) without the need for surgery or absorbent products.
To support its expansion, Uresta has raised $3 million in funding, with $1.5 million contributed by BDC Capital.
This investment will fuel the company’s U.S. entry and enhance awareness around its innovative approach to bladder leakage.
The U.S. launch was marked by an exclusive panel event in New York City, featuring leading pelvic health experts who discussed the critical need for improved solutions in women’s health. Uresta’s offering provides women with greater control and confidence by addressing SUI, a condition affecting millions but often under-discussed due to stigma.
As Uresta expands its reach, the company is positioning itself as a key player in the femtech space, driving change in pelvic health and bringing non-invasive alternatives to women seeking relief from bladder leaks.
