Uncaged Innovations Closes $5.6M Seed Funding

Uncaged Innovations, a New York City-based biomaterial company specializing in sustainable leather alternatives created from grains, announced the closure of a $5.6 million Seed funding round.

Funding Details:

  • Co-Leaders: Green Circle Foodtech Ventures and Fall Line Capital
  • Participants: Ponderosa Ventures, Golden Seeds, and existing investor InMotion Ventures, the investment arm of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)

The company plans to use the funds to support its commercial launch, ramp up production, and expand its team, particularly in manufacturing.
