Wise Consulting Associates Inc., a human capital management technology consulting firm situated in Timonium, Maryland, has been acquired by RSM US LLP, a Top 10 Firm based in Chicago, effective May 1.

Wise Consulting was founded in 1996 and deploys HR systems from UKG and Ceridian, as well as offering payroll services. It will be integrated into RSM’s existing human capital services division.

The organization will initially function as a totally owned autonomous operating subsidiary of RSM until late fall of this year, when it will transfer to RSM’s systems.

The deal’s financial specifics were not disclosed.Accounting No. 5 Today’s Top 100 Firms 2023 ranking, with $3.6 billion in revenue last year and 16,101 total employees. Wise Consulting employs more than 100 individuals.
