Rezilient Health Raises $10M Series A Funding to Revolutionize Healthcare Delivery

by

Rezilient Health, a leading tech-enabled healthcare company, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Govo Venture Partners, with participation from several prominent investors, including Bridge Ventures, Acorn Pacific Ventures, Jim McKelvey (Co-Founder of Block), and others. The funding will fuel Rezilient’s mission to expand its concierge healthcare services and bring accessible, quality care to patients regardless of their economic background.

Rezilient’s innovative CloudClinic™ model provides patients with same-day access to primary and specialty care by remotely connecting them with physicians. This approach enables faster diagnoses and timely treatment while reducing healthcare costs for employers and patients alike. Recently, Oklahoma State University partnered with Rezilient to offer comprehensive healthcare services to its faculty and staff at a new CloudClinic™ in Stillwater, OK.

Govo Venture Partners, through its Govo Fund I, focuses on early-stage companies navigating government regulations. Rob Panepinto, managing partner of Govo Venture Partners, praised Rezilient’s leadership and mission, stating, “We deeply believe in the company’s mission, which is transforming the delivery of primary and multispecialty care in markets ripe for improvement.”

Rezilient CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Danish Nagda emphasized the company’s focus on underserved communities and its commitment to building stronger doctor-patient relationships. “This capital sets the foundation for rapidly growing our impact across more communities that are suffocating under the weight of the traditional U.S. healthcare industry,” he said.

By offering comprehensive care at its CloudClinics™—including primary, urgent, specialty care, labs, and imaging—Rezilient reduces the need for expensive emergency room visits and hospitalizations, leading to significant savings for employers and better health outcomes for employees.

With this funding, Rezilient Health plans to further scale its operations and continue delivering innovative healthcare solutions across the U.S.
