Ukraine-founded startup PLATMA, an AI-powered no-code platform, has secured $2 million in a pre-seed funding round, pushing its valuation to $20 million. The platform allows users without coding skills to design and implement complex business processes simply by describing them in natural language.
By leveraging advanced natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and artificial intelligence, PLATMA converts user inputs into functional code, enabling businesses to create applications and automate workflows without the need for traditional programming expertise.
Empowering Global Businesses
Headquartered in the USA with a distributed team across Ukraine, Cyprus, Portugal, and Kazakhstan, PLATMA is empowering businesses worldwide. The platform currently boasts over 10,000 registered users, with thousands of applications already built. Its client base spans several countries, including the UAE, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Slovenia, making it a fast-growing solution for companies looking to digitalize and automate operations without the complexities of traditional development.
Co-Founder Yaroslav Kologryvov emphasizes PLATMA’s mission to democratize digital transformation. “Our tools allow businesses of all sizes to automate processes easily, especially micro and small businesses, which make up 90 percent of companies globally. We want to help them free up time to focus on growth and innovation,” Kologryvov stated.

The round also attracted a diverse set of investors, including Startup Wise Guys (Estonia), CAUCASUS VC (Azerbaijan), and prominent Kazakh venture capital firms such as Tumar Venture Fund, MOST Ventures, and ACTIVAT VC. Business angel Murat Abdrakhmanov also joined the round.

We’re excited to collaborate with them in helping SMBs achieve their digital transformation goals.”
Scaling for Future Growth
The funds raised in this round will be used to enhance PLATMA’s AI technology, expand its team, and push the company into new markets. As PLATMA continues to innovate, it is poised to become a major player in the no-code space, offering businesses a simple and powerful way to automate and scale their operations.
The company’s advisory board includes Christoph Daszkiewicz, a no/low-code expert and Head of Software at Schneider Electric, underscoring the platform’s focus on innovation and credibility in the rapidly growing no-code ecosystem.
