PartnerHero, a tech-enabled outsourcing company based in Boise, Idaho, specializing in providing a customer operations platform, has acquired ElevateCX, a community and event series dedicated to customer experience leaders. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
As part of this acquisition, Sarah Hatter, the founder of ElevateCX, has joined PartnerHero as Senior Director of Community and Events. PartnerHero intends to continue hosting ElevateCX events, commencing with the upcoming conference scheduled for October 12-13, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia.
ElevateCX, founded in 2012, has a track record of producing 40 global events, including annual flagship multi-day conferences. Additionally, it maintains an active Slack community, a podcast, and a video series. ElevateCX’s biannual event series is designed to provide CX practitioners, managers, team leads, and others in the field of customer experience with deep and engaging educational content that can be applied to training their teams.
