Pangeam, a leader in workplace intelligence, has introduced an enterprise B2B SaaS platform aimed at transforming office environments by understanding and optimizing the needs and behaviors of occupants. The platform uses anonymous AI sensing and deep-learning technology to bridge the gap between design intent and actual human activity, offering insights that enhance productivity and employee well-being.
Pangeam’s platform quantifies the effectiveness of workspace designs by measuring anonymous presence and ergonomic movements, comparing these metrics against layouts, amenities, and other design elements. This data-driven approach enables businesses to refine office layouts, improve resource allocation, and enhance overall workplace efficiency. By eliminating guesswork, Pangeam helps organizations create workspaces that support various work styles, improve employee connections, and foster trust within the company.
“Pangeam unlocks the real value of the workplace,” said Jeremy Moultrup, CEO of Pangeam. “Our platform allows space managers to make informed decisions on both long-term investments and real-time interventions, significantly enhancing workplace performance.”
Pangeam has raised $4.25 million in Series Seed funding, led by Neotribe with participation from SNR Ventures, DVC, and Niremia Capital. The funds will be used to expand the platform’s capabilities and reach.
Rebecca Mitchem from Neotribe commented on the investment: “Pangeam’s detailed insights into workspace utilization are crucial as companies focus on back-to-office strategies and employee productivity. Their platform can save companies millions by ensuring a better fit between teams and environments.”
Pangeam has also announced the addition of Liz Burow to its advisory board. Liz brings extensive experience from her roles as Director of Workplace Strategy at Google and Vice President of Enterprise Workplace Strategy at WeWork. Her expertise in developing innovative work environments will be invaluable as Pangeam continues to grow.
Liz Burow stated, “Pangeam is the tool I wish I had during my years in workplace design strategy. Its unmatched data collection and indexing capabilities make it a game-changer in the industry, and I’m excited to contribute to its success.”
