Dallas-based AI and cloud solutions provider Nobl Q has acquired Corezi, a company specializing in cloud-based solutions and digital transformation services.

While the financial terms were not disclosed, the acquisition aims to bolster Nobl Q’s capabilities in full-stack engineering, AI, DevOps, and cloud services across AWS and Azure platforms.
