Neysa, a leading AI acceleration cloud system provider, has secured $30 million in Series A funding, co-led by NTTVC, Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners India), and Nexus Venture Partners. This funding builds on the company’s earlier $20 million seed round, signaling strong investor confidence in Neysa’s mission to drive generative AI (Gen AI) innovation for Indian enterprises and the public sector.
Since the seed round, Neysa has advanced its technology and market position, launching its flagship platform, Neysa Velocis, in July 2024. Neysa Velocis, designed for on-demand high-performance computing infrastructure, is now available to a range of customers, including AI-first digital natives, media and entertainment companies, service providers, and public sector organizations.
“This investment brings us closer to our vision of democratizing access to Gen AI and AI solutions worldwide,” said Sharad Sanghi, Co-Founder and CEO of Neysa. “The general availability of Neysa Velocis and our growing customer base validate our approach. By offering cost-effective, AI-native solutions, we empower organizations to innovate confidently in the evolving AI landscape.”
Vab Goel, Founding Partner at NTTVC, expressed enthusiasm about the company’s progress: “Neysa is making a significant impact in the region’s tech ecosystem. Sharad’s track record in building India’s largest data center company is a critical advantage in scaling Neysa’s next-gen AI cloud.”
Avnish Bajaj, Founder and Managing Director of Z47, praised Neysa’s rapid growth: “The demand for Neysa’s AI solutions is remarkable. The company is driving digital transformation, not just AI provision, and we are excited to support this journey.”
Jishnu Bhattacharjee, Managing Director at Nexus Venture Partners, highlighted Neysa’s ability to accelerate Gen AI adoption: “Neysa’s AI-native compute infrastructure is a game-changer, and we’re thrilled to deepen our partnership as they build one of the most advanced AI clouds out of India for the world.”
Neysa is also strengthening collaborations with global system integrators, cloud service providers, and AI-focused software providers. These alliances will further its mission to democratize AI and foster digital transformation across industries.
