Neuron7.ai, a leader in Service Resolution Intelligence, has secured $44 million in Series B funding led by Smith Point Capital, the firm founded by former Salesforce Co-CEO Keith Block. Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures also participated in the oversubscribed round, bringing Neuron7’s total capital raised to over $63 million.
The funding will drive Neuron7’s product innovation and go-to-market efforts, enabling the company to further develop its AI-powered solutions for resolving complex service issues. In the last year, Neuron7 has grown its annual recurring revenue by 300%, adding prominent enterprise customers in sectors like medical devices and industrial equipment.
CEO and Co-Founder Niken Patel emphasized that Neuron7’s Smart Resolution Hub delivers fast, accurate resolutions for Fortune 1000 companies by integrating knowledge from data and people. The company’s solutions help reduce service downtime and improve customer satisfaction by addressing challenges such as knowledge loss due to employee turnover.
Keith Block praised Neuron7’s vision and domain-specific AI solutions, which help clients like NCR Atleos and Keysight improve first-time fix rates and reduce resolution times. The new capital will also support deeper integrations with CRM systems and AI-powered use cases, driving the next phase of growth for Neuron7.
