Polish startup Moniti has raised $450,000 (1.8 million PLN) to accelerate the development of its app for managing deskless teams.
With over 80 percent of the global workforce consisting of deskless workers, Moniti provides companies with a solution to effectively organize work through a single app. This platform streamlines HR processes, team supervision, task delegation, and personnel logistics. Industries such as construction, manufacturing, and hospitality, among others, utilize the app to save time and reduce costs.
The funding comes from Smartlink Partners, JR HOLDING ASI SA, and various business angels.

Thanks to the support from Smartlink, we will accelerate our marketing and sales activities and maintain a dynamic increase of 400 percent year on year. We are already in talks with VC funds from New York and London about round A.”
The company plans to use the funds to scale its existing operations, develop its product for senior employees, and expand globally.
