Magnifi Talent, a human resources and recruiting software startup, has announced that it has raised an undisclosed amount of funds in its pre-seed round.
The startup was founded in 2020 by Paul Black, a former actor and a veteran of the engineering and consulting industries. Black has worked for international leadership consulting and executive search firms, and has advised companies in industries such as consumer healthcare, financial services, and engineering.
Magnifi Talent aims to use AI to help companies hire top talents and build high-performing teams.
With the new funding, the company plans to expand its team and accelerate the development of its product. The pre-seed round was led by the Holekamp Seed Fund, a startup grant fund for student startups at Washington University in St. Louis.
