IVIX Raises $60M Series B to Expand AI Platform for Fighting Financial Crime

IVIX, a New York–based startup developing AI-powered solutions to combat financial crime, has raised $60 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to $85.5 million – according to Raisedly data. The round was led by O.G. Venture Partners (OGVP), with participation from Insight Partners, Citi Ventures, Team8, Disruptive AI, Cardumen Capital, and Cerca.

Founded in 2020, IVIX helps governments worldwide detect hidden assets and illicit financial activity by combining large language models (LLMs), graph analytics, and open-source data. The company says its platform has already supported authorities in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, enabling the discovery of billions of dollars in offshore assets and other unlawful activities.

“With the new era of LLMs and graph algorithms, we’re able to unlock insights from scattered and opaque data sources that were previously out of reach,” said Mattan Fattal, IVIX Co-founder and CEO. “This funding will allow us to strengthen our R&D and expand adoption of our technology to help governments stay ahead of a rapidly evolving shadow economy.”

The global shadow economy—fueled by shell companies, offshore accounts, complex money-laundering schemes, and new threats like cryptocurrency networks—has grown to an estimated $20 trillion. Traditional investigative tools often fall short in tackling these activities. IVIX positions itself as the “intelligence layer” for financial crime, using OSINT-driven AI to reveal hidden networks and connections.

“IVIX is pioneering transformative AI that addresses one of the world’s most pressing challenges,” said Ziv Kop, Managing Partner at OGVP (EMEA). “Its ability to uncover illicit financial activity is critical in the digital age, and we’re proud to support the company’s growth as it expands its global impact.”

The company, co-founded by Mattan Fattal and Doron Passov, operates from its headquarters in New York with additional offices in Europe, South America, and Asia.
