Home Run Dugout, an Austin, TX-based entertainment company specializing in indoor soft-toss baseball experiences, has raised $22.5 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Lagniappe Capital Partners, with participation from BCS Capital and existing investors.

Founded in 2015 by Nick Hermandorfer and Tyler Bambrick, Home Run Dugout offers a unique event space that features simulated Batting Bays™, making it an ideal setting for team-building events, client entertainment, and employee appreciation parties. The company plans to use the newly secured funds to expand its footprint, with new locations set to open in San Antonio, TX, and Scottsdale, AZ.

The upcoming Scottsdale and San Antonio venues will each span over 65,000 square feet and include 34 Batting Bays. These new locations will also feature HRD’s signature Biergarten Baseball™ mini-field, a full-service restaurant, and three bars, providing an all-inclusive entertainment experience for guests of all sizes and event types.

This investment will help Home Run Dugout bring its innovative entertainment concept to more markets, enhancing its appeal to both corporate and social event planners.
