Cloudbreak Health, a Sunrise, FL-based provider of video remote interpretation services for the healthcare sector, has acquired Voyce, a tech-enabled language services provider. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In conjunction with the acquisition, Cloudbreak Health has undergone a strategic rebrand, now operating under the name Equiti. This rebranding, along with the acquisition of Voyce, strengthens Equiti’s position as a leading provider of language interpretation solutions in the healthcare industry. Both Cloudbreak’s Martti and Voyce will continue to operate and innovate under the Equiti brand.
Equiti, led by CEO Maureen Huber, is focused on empowering healthcare delivery and ensuring equitable access to healthcare services for all, particularly underserved and limited English proficient populations. The company provides integrated solutions and actionable insights designed to support healthcare providers in achieving optimal health outcomes for diverse patient groups.
