Cherry Bekaert, a leading advisory and accounting firm, has announced its acquisition of Cordia Partners and Cordia Resources. Cordia Partners offers a range of services, including outsourced accounting, business advisory, technology consulting, and business process consulting. Cordia Resources specializes in recruiting and staffing solutions for clients.
Combined, these two firms have over 250 employees and generate approximately $48 million in total annual revenue. This acquisition will expand Cherry Bekaert’s service offerings and enhance its presence in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Cordia Partners will strengthen Cherry Bekaert’s client accounting services capabilities, while Cordia Resources will introduce a new recruiting service to the firm’s offerings. This strategic merger is expected to provide clients with a broader range of services and support their financial and talent needs.
Both Cherry Bekaert and Cordia expressed enthusiasm about the synergies resulting from this acquisition and the enhanced services they can offer to their respective clients.
